Senior Product Manager
Collin Olson is a Senior Product Manager for 1-800 Contacts, the world’s largest retailer of contact lenses with over $1B in total sales in 2022. With over 10 years of experience in product management and digital marketing, Collin is passionate about developing strategies to drive conversion and enhance customer experience.
Over the past 18 months, Collin led the effort to establish a new Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program for 1-800 Contacts. This initiative involved implementing a data-driven approach to improve the online shopping experience for customers and increase conversion rates, as well as the implementation of a new CMS system and A/B testing platform. The formation of a new CRO program has driven many new insights into how we as digital marketers can drive greater engagement through strong, bold content strategies and a rapid A/B testing infrastructure.
Prior to joining 1-800 Contacts, Collin served as a software product manager at Glasses.com, Dealersocket, and Henry Schein. Collin holds a B.A. Political Science from Brigham Young University.
