Donna Barkson is a seasoned Experience Design Manager who guides and empowers UX content design teams to craft voices that matter across the digital landscape. From websites and native apps to chatbots and emails, she has honed her expertise across a diverse range of digital products. Her passion comes from her background in Communications to weave stories that resonate with users, fueled by her Masters and Bachelors in these fields. Donna’s journey from content practitioner to strategist to team leader has given her a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into impactful messages. When she’s not championing UX content, you’ll find her exploring the psychology of persuasion or uncovering the latest emerging technology. Oh, she’ll probably have one or three of her dogs in her lap – two chihuahuas, Pinto Bean and Elmer, and one Yorkshire Terroir, Albert.
